As Africans we need a renewal of our mindsets. As rightfully stated, people will not willingly accept change but can slowly be pushed into change. I am not for flogging anyone for not adequately cleaning someone else's mess but I am definitely for punishing anyone that uses and leaves the toilet dirty.

There must be thoughts on what form the punishment should take. It might be to clean up their own mess and an extra one.
I also wonder if we could come up with a language other than pidgin that would be our African lingua. But then, everyone speaks English.
All in all, this is a great concept and workable if all hands come on deck to work towards making Africa great again.
